Returns, Cancellations & Refunds Policy
EXCHANGES & RETURNS
- Items on clearance or on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Shipping fees are yours to pay unless the return is deemed refundable (see REFUNDS below).
- Parcels are to be fully insured, otherwise, items lost or damaged in the shipping process are not the responsibility of Haven Brewery and will not be exchanged or refunded. You must notify us of any return so that we will be expecting your parcel. Returns that are sent without our prior knowledge will be refused.
- Returns will be accepted only if the return is sent or dropped off within fourteen days of the delivery confirmation date.
- We allow ourselves the right to refuse any parcel not matching our criteria.
- If a parcel is refused upon delivery, related fees will be deducted from your refund. This includes, for instance, customs fees for international orders.
- The 3, 6 and 12 months subscription prices are dependent on the full fulfillment of the commitment to that timeframe.
- Early cancellation of one of these subscriptions will therefore result in a one time fee to be charged to the credit or debit card used.
- The fee will be calculated at the time of cancellation based on the subscription chosen and the duration the subscription lasted before calculation.
- Based on this calculation, the fee will allow Haven Brewery to recoup the discount given to the customer for the subscription duration.
- At $75, the 3 month subscription provides a discount of $5 per month. A cancellation then after one month will result in a fee of $5, after two months $10.
- At $70, the 6 month subscription provides a discount of $10 per month. A cancellation then after one month will result in a fee of $10, after two $20, after three $30 and so on up to the 5 month mark at $50.
- At $65, the 12 month subscription provides a discount of $15 per month. A cancellation then after one month will result in a fee of $15, after two $30, after three $45 and so on up to the 11 month mark at $165.
- There are no refunds on items damaged in shipping. In that case, you must file a claim with the carrier.
- For regular returns, a full refund of the purchase price, excluding the shipping, will be made promptly upon receiving the merchandise in the same condition in which it was shipped.
- We do not refund shipping costs or credit card fees. They will be deducted from the total amount of your refund.
- If you received a faulty item, please send us pictures by email to firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order number and a description of the defect. You must do this before the item is shipped back to Haven Brewery, otherwise, we will be unable to refund the shipping fees.
- If we sent you the wrong item, please send us a photo and describe the error by email to email@example.com. You must do this before the item is shipped back
to our Brewery, otherwise, we will be unable to refund the shipping fees.
- Any defects that occurred after washing the item are not the responsibility of Haven Brewery.
- We are willing to do our best to find the right solution!
